What?
Collaboration between the IT company Positive and the Luch watch factory. Watches for outstanding employees. Limited edition of 200 pieces.
Idea
If our presence in the company goes unnoticed, it means we're doing everything right.

Solution
The company name on the watch dial becomes visible only when the minute and second hands pass over it — or twice a day, at exactly 9:00 and 21:00.
This timing is no coincidence: for some, it marks the beginning of the workday; for others, its end.
The strap design reflects the two sides of our work:
— Black/white: invisible yet impenetrable protection
— Red: the seriousness and responsibility behind our actions
On the inside of the watch, we’ve left a hidden message for our team — one that stays relevant both during work and in everyday life.
